Our natURal health and vitality coaching service offers personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your well-being goals using holistic approaches. I will work directly with you to create a tailored plan that considers your unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences.

 

In our 1-on-1 & group coaching programs we will cover foundational principles to promote optimal health and vitality such as: Mindsetlight environment, sleep, nutrition, stress management and resilience, and movement.

 

I understand & recognize that everyone's health journey is different.

That's why this program is individualized, so it can fit your unique needs & lifestyle.

 

Over the course of this 6 month program you will become empowered to make sustainable changes that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness and resilience. Through online 1-on-1 and/or group sessions and ongoing communication, this program will provide you with the tools and motivation you need to enhance your natural vitality and lead a healthier, more balanced life.

The Pillars of Vitality

Mindset

Addressing mindset is one of the foundational keys to improving our overall health. When creating behavioral & lifestyle change, mindset plays a major role.

 

You win in your mind before you win in reality.

 

How we perceive ourselves and how we view the state of our health in relation to what we value in life is key to improving our overall vitality in a sustainable and lasting way.

Sleep

Quality sleep is crucial to quality health. If one is consistently getting below average sleep, one will continue to express below average health.

We will address what components create quality sleep. How to set your environment up to promote quality sleep. Troubleshoot any obstacles, questions, &/or concerns you have as it relates to sleep.

Movement

Movement is the flow of energy. When we move more, we have more energy. Movement helps with fat loss yes, but also can be a valuable tool for our mental health/cognitive performance, as well as almost every physical function.

We will address movement as part of a healthy lifestyle, rather than an hour you spend in the gym. We will also create a personal movement plan that will help you feeling and performing your best!

Light Environment

Our light environment is perhaps the most foundational component to our overall wellbeing. It heavily impacts both our mitochondria & our hormones (both of which our essential for optimal health). 

 

We will walk through what we can do as it relates to light to promote optimal health. How to harness morning & day light for enhanced vitality. How we can avoid/protect ourselves from the toxic blue light past sunset to align our circadian rhythm.

Nutrition

Nutrition is fundamental, affecting everything from our mood & emotions to our performance and aesthetics.

 

We will cover the basics of nutrition. As well as create a personalized plan focusing on nutrient-dense, bioavailable foods that align with both your genetics and seasonality. We will also cover how to avoid ultra processed junk and opt for clean sources of nourishment more often than not.

Stress & Resilience

Stress plays a major role in our overall wellness. When left unchecked, stress can negatively impact our health, however, stress can also be a major catalyst for growth.

 

 It's not about eliminating stress, but rather redefining our relationship with it. We will address the different types of stress, develop personalized practices to build resilience and enhance your capacity for stress, and learn how you can harness stress as a critical component of growth.

Alignment

Alignment is the all-encompassing mountain (or pillar). Alignment refers to all the other mountains and adapting a lifestyle that is conducive to both your health/vitality and your wellbeing.

 

 On this mountain we will cover ways to align your internal environment & external environment to promote more effortless behavior change and create real transformational health that lasts. We will also cover how to align your health with your values and why it is important for a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

About Me

My name is Mason Steffen and I am the Co-founder and lead health coach/consultant for natURe. I am a former collegiate athlete turned natural health nerd. I have a passion for deepening my understanding of what creates true health and vitality, as well as helping guide others to improve their health and unleash their vitality. 

 

I'm a full-time holistic health coach helping busy professionals and individuals interested in taking their vitality to new levels.
